2. Getting in

Simply collect the reserved Mobility vehicle from the desired station

To open the vehicle, simply hold your Mobility-Card against the Mobility-Checkpoint on the windscreen (red sticker). The central locking disengages automatically. The boardcomputer then confirms your booking and displays your reservation.

At stations that are not freely accessible, use the Mobility key to open the key box. We recommend that you always take your Mobility key with you. This makes you more flexible in terms of stations.

3. Driving

Take the ignition key from the glove box. Exception: Renault Mégane II and BMW, which is equipped with an ignition button. And off you go!

Interrupting the drive
Whenever you interrupt your drive, lock the Mobility vehicle using the Mobility-Card and take the ignition key and your Mobility-Card with you as usual. To continue your drive, simply hold your Mobility-Card against the Mobility-Checkpoint until the boardcomputer confirms that you have checked in again.

Driving quickly, economically, safely and in an environmentally responsible way
Eco-Drive is the practical technology for safe, convenient, economic, environmentally-conscious and energy-saving behaviour behind the wheel in traffic. With Eco-Drive it is possible to reduce fuel consumption and car emissions significantly. The four golden Eco-Drive rules are:
 1. Accelerate swiftly
 2. Change gear at 2'500 rpm at the latest
 3. Drive in the highest possible gear
 4. Drive carefully and consistently, avoid unnecessary braking manoeuvres and gear changes.
This gives rise to more fairness and safety on the road and a reduction in fuel consumption by up to 10%. Further information is available at www.eco-drive.ch.

Ending your drive
Back at the Mobility station, park the Mobility car on the reserved parking space, switch off the lights and other electrical equipment and place the ignition key back in the glove box. Hold your Mobility-Card against the Mobility-Checkpoint from the outside until the central locking engages.
If you end your drive earlier than reserved, you can end your reservation with immediate effect using the boardcomputer: Description.

Important: Make sure that the fuel tank of the Mobility vehicle is at least one third full on returning the vehicle. You can of course refuel a Mobility vehicle free of charge!

Refuelling using the fuel card
After removing the fuel card from the boardcomputer, the fuel card code will appear on the display (once the ignition is turned off). Do not forget to reinsert the fuel card into the boardcomputer after refuelling. Please note that the fuel card is only accepted by participating petrol stations and only in Switzerland. The customer is liable for lost fuel cards.

Petrol stations
In the absence of the fuel card, please hand in the receipts (detailing your full name, your Mobility-Number and the Mobility vehicle number) in order to have your expenses reimbursed. Reply slips are included in the logbook.
