Solutions for private customers.starting 6 December 2017.

Mobility has been listening to its customers: it’s not only minimising the prices of its subscriptions, it’s also giving them up CHF 30 in drive credit per year.

Annual subscription

The new annual subscription will cost CHF 129 across the board instead of CHF 290 or CHF 190. In addition, every annual subscriber will receive drive credit to the value of CHF 30 every year, and they will have access to a number of additional benefits (free Hotel Card, special terms from our car rental partners Europcar and Hertz, collecting Cumulus points). The new annual subscription replaces every previous solution, including those obtainable through tariff associations, the Swiss Federal Railways or Migros.

Trial subscription

The new trial subscription will cost CHF 43 across the board for four months instead of CHF 70 or CHF 40. In addition, everyone taking out a trial subscription will receive drive credit to the value of CHF 10. This means that the trial subscription will be exactly one third of the annual subscription. Furthermore, those taking out a trial subscription will also have access to a number of additional benefits (special terms from our car rental partners Europcar and Hertz, collecting Cumulus points).

Cooperative members

Members of the cooperative pay no annual subscription, which saves them the equivalent of CHF 129 every year. What’s more, they will also have access to additional benefits (free Hotel Card, special terms from our car rental partners Europcar and Hertz, collecting Cumulus points). Every cooperative member will now receive drive credit to the value of CHF 30 (first credited on 6 December 2017). They will also have access to the exclusive "Economy Package 200".

On the other hand, we’re doing away with the drive volume-related discounts due to the fact that past take-up has proved insufficient.

Click & Drive

Click & Drive is the Mobility solution for one-off and occasional users. Although there are no subscription fees, the hourly rate (+CHF 1 per hour) and kilometre rate (+CHF 0.10 per km) are higher than the regular solution. Payment can be effected by credit card only and there is no entitlement to the additional benefits (free Hotel Card, special terms from our car rental partners Europcar and Hertz, collecting Cumulus points).

Frequently asked questions

What will happen to my existing subscription?

Our customers will receive details of how to extend their subscriptions 45 days before they are due to expire.

I have just obtained an annual/trial subscription under the old terms. Can I immediately change or cancel?

Our customers are being notified of the new portfolio of solutions on 5 October 2017; the new subscriptions will go on sale on 6 December 2017. You can change to the new products only when your subscription ends, not during its term.

My current subscription is due to expire after 6 December. How and when will the changeover happen?

As has always occurred until now, subscriptions are automatically extended when they expire, regardless of exactly when this is. Customers are notified of this extension ahead of the event.
