Click & Drive – a rental car as and when you need it.

If you are only an occasional Mobility user, for example for a day out, then Click & Drive is worth your while. Mobility enables you to rent cars by the hour and on a self-service basis, with the hourly and kilometre rates being paid by credit card. You can make a reservation quickly and easily online or by phone. No fixed subscription fees are incurred with Click & Drive, so drive rates are higher than the standard ones.

Click & Drive is a car sharing offer for one-off or sporadic use. In simple terms, it’s worth it up to a usage of 4 hours and 50 kilometres a month. Important to know: Click & Drive does not give you any access to additional benefits, such as the free Hotelcard or special conditions with our car rental partners. Only members of the cooperative and people with a standard subscription have this.

Please note: We need to check your driving licence before we let you drive away. Please upload it as a photo during the reservation process. We will carry out the check within an hour from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

With Policy Deductible 300 (CHF 20 per reservation), you protect yourself against both small and large-scale damage. iCustomers are automatically insured (third party, comprehensive and passenger insurance). You pay a maximum policy deductible of CHF 2’500 per claim. The Policy Deductible 300 reduces this to max. CHF 300 (plus surcharges for inexperienced & young drivers).

Existing Click & Drive customers are asked to sign into the customer portal or the app using their Mobility number and PIN Code in order to make a new reservation. This means you can continue using your Mobility Card.

Learner journeys are NOT permitted with Click & Drive. For this, take advantage of the attractive learner driver offer.
