Mobility Go explained in brief.

The first ever free-floating car sharing in Switzerland. With Mobility Go, you have access to the spontaneous form of car sharing that isn’t linked to stations.

Using the Mobility app, it’s simple and easy for you to find a Mobility Go-car in Basel or Geneva or a Mobility Go scooter in Zurich. Drive it for as long as you want and park the vehicle back in the relevant Go zone when you’re done. You don’t need to return to the starting point of your journey.

Mobility Go – how it works

Register

Sign up once, upload your driving licence and receive your login details.

Book

Find and book a vehicle near you really easily via the app.

Drive off

Open the car using your Mobility Card/SwissPass and away you go. The scooters can be unlocked with the app.

Conclude

Park the vehicle in the Mobility Go zone and lock using your Mobility Card/SwissPass. The scooter reservations must be terminated with the app.

Register

Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to start a journey in the Mobility Go zone of Basel and end it in the Mobility Go zone of Geneva?

No. Your journeys are generally not limited, but a journey must be ended in the city where you started it.

Do I have to refuel the Mobility Go-car?

You do not have to worry about this – we make sure all Mobility Go-cars are filled up on a regular basis. If it does happen that you need fuel, there is of course no charge to you. Send us the fuel receipt by post to our address in Rotkreuz (Mobility Cooperative, Suurstoffi 16, 6343 Rotkreuz) or by e-mail to office(at)mobility.ch. We will credit the amount to your Mobility customer account.

What do I do if all Mobility Go parking spaces at EuroAirport Basel or Geneva Airport are occupied?
